Payment

We offer two payment methods- credit card and Paypal both of which are processed via the Paypal gateway which is easy and safe to use. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use this method and all prices are in Australian dollars.

Shipping Info

Once payment has been received, your item will be dispatched within 48 business hours and you will be informed by email that your item is well on its way to you.

As we do not offer express post, please allow 7-14 working days to receive your purchase if the item is being delivered in Australia. Please note, Standard post does not allow detailed tracking and Stories by Stella can not be responsible for delays or items lost.

If items are being delivered within Australia we offer a flat rate of $10.00. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally at this point in time.

On occasion orders may need to be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may not fit in just one. Please feel free to email us to see if this is the case with your order.

Delivery Info

Stories by Stella delivers to a handful of Perth suburbs, at the flat rate of $5.00. Simply enter your postcode when you are in the ‘Calculate Shipping’ section in your cart to see if your suburb is one of the lucky ones we deliver to. Please also see the list below and note that Stories by Stella can not be held responsible for any items stolen from your doorstep. If you have a particular alcove, or wall you would like it left at (or behind) please put it in ‘Order Notes’ just before you confirm your order total. However please also note that if it’s not easy to get to we will leave it at your front door. All deliveries will be made within 48-72 business hours of your order being placed.

Items Out Of Stock

At Stories by Stella we try to ensure that all items advertised are in stock unless stated and all prices are true and correct. In the instance that your ordered item is out of stock we will do our best to fulfill the order or provide you with a refund.

If you would like to enquire about an out of stock item please send us an email or use the contact form on the website.

Returns Policy

In the event that there is a fault with the item you have purchased please email us within 5 days via the website contact form. Provided we are satisfied that the item is faulty we will offer a full refund.

In case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for this to be processed.

We recommend that you use registered post when returning the faulty item as Stories by Stella can not be held liable for the loss of items being returned which may result in us being unable to process your refund.

Please note, shipping costs on all returns are non refundable and we do not take returns or exchanges on items if you have simply changed your mind.

Please also take care when returning any ceramic items as they are very fragile and may break in transit therefore need to be packaged carefully.
